WellNow Urgent Care

Wellnow has charged me (my insurance company) $50.00 for an evening/holiday/weekend service. I was there on Monday 5/3/2025.

Taken in at 3:18 pm and final results given to me at 4:29 pm. Wellnow states that the attending nurse clocked me out at 6:24 pm. I was out of that office well before 5 pm. They are defrauding the insurance company and myself.

I've called them and stated this is fraud.

A supervisor is supposed to call me. I am waiting patiently.

Took my grandaughter to the one in Bradford Pa. I paid the dedutible with my debit card.

We provided insurance card.You clowns have now taken240 dollars out of my account.My phone is 1 81* *** ****. I recieved no service there. I will b contacting my attorney as of Monday.

You have a very sloppy billing department. just look at all the complaints.I am going to start a class acion lawsuit.Your scams will b coming to an end

If I could give no stars, I would. Not only did WellNow provide terrible medical services to my daughter, they did not bill my insurance appropriately, charging me almost $1,000 when it should have been covered. Run far and fast!

After presenting my insurance card I was charged $89.65 for my urgent care visit. This seems outrageous to me.l

I had an upcoming payment of $139.13 on Friday. I had the money at the beginning of the week, so I paid the bill in full on Tuesday and thought I'd be done with it.

I then got a text and email for a second time thanking me for my payment. I still got billed on Friday. I tried calling over the weekend, but their offices were closed.

So, I called first thing Monday morning and was told I had to wait until Wednesday to file for a refund. They stole my money made me wait over the weekend and then told me I had to wait even longer, and I have a feeling it's going to be even longer after that.

WellNow, texted me from 315-784-**** on May 3, 2025 thanking me for scheduling a payment on May 6, 2025 of which I did not. I owe them nothing & have not recently visited the clinic & when I was last there paid them.

Why would I owe $336.64 for a simple Doctors visit where you dont see a real Doctor & no tests were administered? Well Now better not take this out of my bank account!

I went in for a urinalysis.

I wasn't told the proper procedure for the specimen collection, only knew it because I was a medic for 6 years.

Was actually told the wrong procedure that would have made the test invalid.

A nurse came in wanting another specimen for testing that wasn't even ordered.

I got an email that my results were in, but there's no results.

I've never seen incompetence of this magnitude.

I called and asked what was going on and was told "I don't know, I'm just the receptionist"

To begin they never answer the phone, never. My family member has been waiting for test results for more than a week after they had them come in and repeat the test!

Is this insurance fraud? To me its crap.

There is no reason for this, I work in a busy hospital and we follow up with ALL our patients. SHAME ON THEM!

A severely infected cyst on the back of my head was treated with a topical antibiotic only .

I have been the ER at the hospital twice since then to have it lanced , drained and packed. I am on 2 different antibiotics and pain killers . The provider clearly did know what they were doing !

On hold for more than 40 minutes. when someone did answer they hung up. visit number 141****.

The woman at the desk on balltown road in niskyuna was very rude and disrespectful doctor sent over a prescription for what I was allergic to

Was overcharged for my visit and they are trying to force me to pay for services not provided, a year after said date
